A total of 53,58,150 right shares from Barun Hydropower Company Limited (BARUN) are now registered in NEPSE.
The firm offered a right share at a 1:1 ratio, amounting to 53,58,150 units, to its shareholders between 31st Ashadh and 3rd Bhadra, 2082. However, only 51,19,707 units were distributed to the eligible stockholders of the company. The leftover 2,38,443 units of unclaimed right shares were subsequently auctioned off from 29th Bhadra to 12th Ashwin, 2082.
These same 53,58,150 units of right shares are currently listed in NEPSE.
RBB Merchant Banking Limited acted as the auction manager for the company.
