The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has sanctioned the rights issuance proposal from Barun Hydropower Company Limited (BARUN).
The firm plans to offer 100% of its rights shares, amounting to Rs. 53.58 Crores, by issuing 5,358,150 (1: 1) units of rights shares for its current stockholders.
Presently, the paid-up capital stands at Rs. 53.58 Crores. After the proposed rights share adjustment of 5,358,150 units, the company’s paid-up capital will rise to Rs. 1.07 Arba.
RBB Merchant Banking Limited has been designated as the issue manager.
At the time of this writing, BARUN’s shares closed at Rs. 530.49
